Spark a passion for environmental stewardship and hands-on engineering at the Mount Pleasant Library's latest Wonder Workshop. Designed for kids ages 6 to 12, the 'Pollution Challenge' encourages young minds to think critically about human impact on the planet.
Participants will use a variety of craft and building materials to design and construct their own imaginative creatures or contraptions dedicated to keeping the Earth clean. It's an interactive way to introduce basic ecological concepts while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and fine motor skills. Plus, attendees can enter a special prize draw for a chance to win a fantastic book!
