Looking for ways to decompress before the school year ramps back up? Head over to the Beaches Library for a supportive and practical wellness workshop designed specifically for teens.
Hosted in collaboration with the Canadian Training Institute, this two-part session dives into the everyday tools that actually help manage stress. Participants will explore core wellness practices including mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction techniques, and self-awareness strategies. Whether exams, part-time jobs, or just the general chaos of teenage life have been weighing you down, this workshop provides a welcoming space to learn how to reset.
Even better? High school students can earn valuable volunteer hours upon completion of the program. It is a fantastic way to pick up some life skills, connect with peers in the neighbourhood, and boost your resume all at once.
