10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Parkdale — Auditorium A
Strengthen your personal well-being and build lasting resilience through the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program, running in collaboration with the Gerstein Crisis Centre at the Parkdale Public Library.
Designed for anyone looking to manage daily stress, support their mental health, or find more balance in their routine, this 8-week group explores evidence-based self-care tools, peer connections, mindfulness techniques, and stress-reduction strategies. Participants who complete the multi-week program will receive a WRAP certificate.
Practical Details
This group meets weekly in Auditorium A at the Parkdale branch (1303 Queen Street West). Snacks, refreshments, and TTC Presto tickets are provided for participants to help remove barriers to attendance. Registration is required and closes after the third week of the series.
Parkdale is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local spots to decompress before or after the session, from Queen West cafes to nearby green spaces along the lake.
