NEW DATE: TOPS Presents GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES at Christie Pits

Grab a blanket and head to the bowl at Christie Pits Park for a rescheduled screening of the Hollywood classic Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Presented by the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show as part of their 'Going Places' journey-themed summer series, this free outdoor cinema night stars Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell in career-defining performances as American showgirls embarking on a madcap cruise to Paris.

The evening kicks off with a special companion short film, *Ballet Jazz*. The film starts at sundown (around 8:30 PM), but you will want to arrive early around 6:00 PM to snag a prime spot on the grassy hill and grab snacks, popcorn, and beverages from the TOPS tent. As always, the event is free or pay-what-you-can (donations encouraged), featuring open captioning and live audio description available for blind or partially sighted patrons.
