Paddle power meets lakeside festival vibes as the 31st Annual Tim Hortons GWN Dragon Boat Challenge returns to Marilyn Bell Park along the scenic Toronto waterfront. Over two action-packed days, teams of 16 to 25 paddlers will race in traditional dragon boats to support Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
Admission is completely free for spectators, and the waterfront park transforms into a lively community hub. Visitors can explore the Artisan Village and Vendor Marketplace, check out the Health & Wellness Zone, and let kids loose in the Family Fun Zone featuring bounce houses and interactive obstacle courses. When you need a break from cheering by the finish line, grab a bite from local food trucks or head straight to the Left Field Brewery Beer Garden for live band performances each afternoon.
Easily accessible via the Lake Shore West transit lines or the Martin Goodman Trail, it's one of the city's premier late-summer community sporting events.
