San Diego's garage punk darlings, The Frights, are hitting the stage at Lee's Palace to celebrate a decade of their breakout album, *You Are Going To Hate This*. Known for their surf-punk energy and raw, relatable lyrics, the band has built a cult following that thrives on chaotic, high-energy live shows. Expect a setlist packed with the fan-favourite tracks that defined their early sound, alongside the frenetic stage presence that has made them a staple in the garage punk scene.

What to Expect This isn't a show for standing still. Given the band's history of high-octane performances, the floor at Lee's Palace will likely be moving from the first chord. They are joined by the Mexican Slum Rats, whose gritty, lo-fi garage sound serves as the perfect opener for this anniversary celebration. With the show being 19+, the venue's bar will be fully operational, so grab a drink before the pit opens up.

Getting There & Making a Night of It Lee's Palace is located right in the heart of the Annex on Bloor Street West. It’s easily accessible via the TTC—just a short walk from Bathurst Station. Before the show, the neighbourhood is teeming with options. If you're looking for a pre-show bite, the Annex has no shortage of casual eats, from classic pub fare to quick sushi spots. After the show, you're perfectly positioned to continue the night at one of the many bars along Bloor or head slightly south into the vibrant nightlife of Koreatown.
