Ever wondered how a 3D printer actually builds an object layer by layer, or what it feels like to pilot a robot using just an iPad? Drop by the Daniel G. Hill branch for a Tech Petting Zoo designed to spark curiosity for all ages.

This interactive session invites tech enthusiasts, kids, and lifelong learners to get up close and personal with emerging gadgets. Visitors can experiment with building simple electric circuits, try out robotics, and watch automated machinery bring digital designs to life. It's a fantastic, low-pressure environment for children and teens to explore STEM concepts outside the traditional classroom.

Practical Info Taking place in the program room at the Daniel G. Hill Library (620 Jane Street in Toronto's west end), this is a free, drop-in event. Younger children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Space and equipment availability are first-come, first-served, so dropping in right at the start time is recommended.
