Sinfonia Toronto kicks off its 28th season in the heart of The Annex with an evocative program bridging classical mastery and contemporary reflection. Led by Maestro Nurhan Arman, the evening features internationally acclaimed pianist Sheng Cai tackling Beethoven’s sparkling Piano Concerto No. 2.

The centerpiece of the night is the world premiere of *Ergir (Homeland)*, a deeply personal piece rooted in ancestral memory by Jules Léger Prize-winning Canadian composer Vahram Sargsyan. The concert rounds out with a sweeping orchestral arrangement of Beethoven’s beloved "Harp" String Quartet.
