Salon du Chocolat of Toronto

Thursday, November 19, 2026 – Sunday, November 22, 2026
7:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Toronto Congress Centre
After stops in Paris, Tokyo, New York, Dubai, and Montreal, Salon du Chocolat finally lands in Toronto. From November 20–22, 2026 (festival messaging also references a Nov 19 soft open), the Toronto Congress Centre at 650 Dixon Rd turns into a walkable capital of cocoa, chocolate, and pastry.
Expect more than 120 exhibitors spanning local bean-to-bar makers and international houses, plus official cocoa-producing nation delegations, live demos, tasting corridors, and the high-drama pastry and sculpture showcases the brand is known for. It is equal parts trade energy and weekend date—come hungry, pace yourself, and budget for take-home bars.
Tickets start around $15 via Eventnroll. The Congress Centre is west-end / airport-adjacent, so drive, taxi, or TTC + short hop; on-site parking fills on peak Saturday afternoons. Wear comfortable shoes and check the schedule for masterclasses if you want a seated demo rather than only floor browsing.
