In Residency with Groupe Barroco | REIGN x Barroco Guest Chef

For one evening only, the culinary minds behind Old Montreal institution Barroco and the Fairmont Royal York's flagship restaurant REIGN unite for a collaborative guest chef dinner in downtown Toronto.

Chef Jérémie Falissard, culinary director and co-founder of Montreal’s Groupe Barroco, steps into REIGN's kitchen alongside Executive Chef Roland to present a multi-course tasting menu that bridges rustic French-Canadian indulgence with refined modern Canadian gastronomy.

The Collaboration Barroco has stood as a cornerstone of Old Montreal's dining scene for more than fifteen years, celebrated for its wood-timbered warmth, Mediterranean-influenced French technique, and rich, comforting sauces. REIGN, housed within the landmark Fairmont Royal York, brings contemporary farm-to-table Canadian sourcing and brasserie precision.

Together, the two culinary teams have designed an exclusive prix-fixe menu that marries regional Quebec and Ontario ingredients with Old World heritage dishes, paired alongside curated wines and bespoke cocktail features from Groupe Barroco’s bar portfolio.

Booking & Details The dinner takes place inside REIGN Restaurant at 100 Front Street West. Reservations are strongly recommended given the limited seating capacity for this one-night engagement.
