Throughout the month of June, Little Canada is partnering with The ArQuives—Canada’s largest independent 2SLGBTQIA+ archives—to present 'Proud Perspectives,' a self-guided storytelling experience that adds a layer of historical depth to the venue's famous miniature displays.

Discovering Hidden Stories As you navigate the intricate, tiny landscapes of Little Canada, you will encounter a series of special scenes that highlight the voices and moments that have shaped the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in this country. By scanning a QR code once you arrive, you can begin your journey at your own pace. The experience is designed to be flexible; you can spend a few minutes catching the highlights or dive deep into every scene to uncover the hidden details and impactful narratives that have often been overlooked.

Why It Matters This collaboration is a unique way to connect with history. It transforms a visit to Little Canada into an educational and celebratory experience, reminding us that the story of Pride is woven into the very fabric of the country. The experience is included with your regular timed general admission ticket, making it an accessible way to support and learn from The ArQuives' incredible work. Whether you are a local or visiting from out of town, it’s a thoughtful way to honour Pride Month in the heart of the city.
