2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Forest Hill — Program Room
Unwind and get crafty at the Forest Hill Library with a relaxing afternoon dedicated to making pressed flower lanterns. Participants will use delicate dried florals, glass jars, and Mod Podge to create ambient, nature-inspired lanterns that look lovely holding tea lights or fairy lights around the home.
All crafting materials are fully supplied by the library, so you just need to bring your creativity. Whether you are looking for a calming solo activity or an afternoon hangout, it is a lovely way to lean into hands-on art.
Practical Details
The workshop runs in the program room at the Forest Hill Library (700 Eglinton Avenue West). The event is entirely free and open to adults and teens on a drop-in basis. Afterwards, take a stroll along the vibrant Eglinton West strip to check out local bakeries and independent shops.
