Paint Night - Working with Spackle

Looking to try a totally different kind of canvas art? The Sanderson Library Youth Hub is hosting a unique Paint Night where participants will experiment with spackle—a textured, paste-like material that allows artists to mold tactile, 3D designs right onto their canvases.

This hands-on workshop gives teenagers a chance to explore mixed-media art in a welcoming, inclusive setting. As part of the TPL Youth Hub initiative, the event is completely free to attend and includes complimentary nutritious snacks to enjoy while you craft.

Venue & Details Head down to the Sanderson branch basement youth space at 327 Bathurst Street, just south of Dundas West. All tools, canvases, and spackle materials are provided on-site. It's an ideal way for local youth to get creative, try a trending art technique, and connect with other makers in the neighbourhood.
