Movie Nights in the Park - FREE!

Summer in Toronto isn't complete without movie nights under the stars, and the Mount Pleasant Village BIA is keeping the tradition alive with their Thursday night park series at Manor Community Green.

Grab a lawn chair, pack a cozy blanket, and enjoy free admission alongside complimentary popcorn courtesy of local sponsors Scholars Leaside and Dunfield Retirement Residence. The August lineup features absolute crowd-pleasers, kicking off with *The Princess Bride* on August 13, followed by *Back to the Future* and *Shrek* later in the month. Screenings start at dusk (weather permitting).

In addition to a great family night out, the event supports the community by collecting non-perishable food items for the Daily Bread Food Bank, so feel free to bring a small donation. Located at 190 Manor Road East in the Leaside neighbourhood, it's an easy trip and a wonderful way to soak up warm summer evenings with family and neighbours.
