Indie rock royalty Modest Mouse are hitting the road and stopping at Meridian Hall, bringing their eccentric, guitar-driven anthems and poetic lyricism to downtown Toronto. Led by Isaac Brock, the band remains one of the defining acts of the 2000s indie boom, known for high-energy live performances that bridge raw post-punk urgency with deeply melodic songwriting. Adding to the heavy-hitting bill is genre-bending support act Caroline Rose, whose sharp, witty songwriting and theatrical stage presence make them an unmissable opener.
The Venue: Meridian Hall
Situated right across from BCE Place at 1 Front Street East, Meridian Hall (formerly the Sony Centre) provides a grand theatrical backdrop for a major indie rock show. While traditionally seated, the energy of a Modest Mouse crowd always brings plenty of movement to the floor.
