Lakeshore Arts Presents: Mimico Arts Jam

Lakeshore Arts is presenting their first annual Mimico Arts Jam festival on June 20th at Mimico Square! This free event is packed with all-ages art activities, stage performances, and the highly anticipated Arts Jam Pageant.

Get Creative There will be free art activities for all ages throughout the afternoon. Contribute to collaborative art projects, such as a community mural, a collective banner, blackout poetry, and more. Plus, join participatory activities like movement and singing.

Accessibility & Community This event is designed to be inclusive, with all stage performances ASL interpreted. The festival also features a “quiet hour” from 2-3 pm, an access guide with a site map, and foam earplugs available at the info booth. See local community members in the Mimico Arts Jam Pageant, with music led by Marching Disorder. It’s a fantastic way to engage with the Mimico community and celebrate local creativity.
