Miku Toronto is bidding farewell to patio season in grand style with "Miku’s Last Taste of Summer," a one-day-only seafood and prime rib buffet taking over their expansive waterfront dining room. Known for pioneering flame-seared Aburi sushi in Canada, the kitchen is rolling out an all-you-can-enjoy feast curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero.

What’s on the Menu The spread features an impressive raw bar and sushi counter stocked with chef-selected sashimi, tuna tataki drizzled with truffle ponzu, salmon nanbanzuke, and Miku’s legendary Aburi oshi and nigiri sushi. On the hot side, a carving station slices slow-roasted prime rib alongside rich house-made pork char siu, bowls of comforting udon in wagyu curry, crispy chicken karaage, and miso-glazed Atlantic salmon.

Save room for dessert: the lineup includes a do-it-yourself hojicha soft serve station, delicate matcha crème brûlée, warabi mochi, and green tea opera cake, with teas, coffees, and soft drinks included.

Location & Practical Details Miku sits right at the foot of Bay Street at Waterpark Place, offering sweeping Lake Ontario views and easy access from Union Station via the PATH or a short walk south. Two-hour seatings run throughout the late afternoon and evening. Pricing is $95 for adults and $35 for children aged 7–12, while kids six and under eat free. Reservations are strongly encouraged through OpenTable or Miku's website, as this special Labour Day weekend service fills up quickly.
