Makedo Workshop: Games

Cardboard has never been so much fun! Head over to the Barbara Frum Library for a hands-on Makedo Workshop where young builders can put their engineering skills to the test.

What to Build Using nothing more than sturdy cardboard, safe Makedo screws, and plenty of imagination, teams will collaborate to design and construct their very own working plinko or pinball machines. It’s an engaging way to foster creative problem-solving and teamwork among school-age children.

Practical Info This drop-in session takes place in Room A on the 3rd floor of the Barbara Frum Library at 20 Covington Road in North York. All supplies are provided free of charge, though admission is on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Plan to arrive a little early to secure your spot!
