Make, Create and Discover!

Keep the kids' minds active this summer with a trip to the Pape/Danforth Library for their weekly Make, Create and Discover! series. This week features the Science Explorers Lab, where school-aged children can roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with exciting experiments.

Designed specifically for kids ages 6 to 12, these drop-in sessions encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and peer collaboration through creative arts, crafts, and STEM activities.

Practical Details The session runs from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the second floor program room. Because it's a drop-in program with limited space operating on a first-come, first-served basis, you'll want to arrive a few minutes early to grab a seat.

Exploring the Neighbourhood Located right in the heart of the Danforth at 701 Pape Avenue, the branch is just steps away from some of the city's best Greek bakeries and family-friendly cafes. Grab a honey ball or an iced coffee after the workshop and take a stroll through nearby Withrow Park.
