Lego Free Play

Give young builders the freedom to construct whatever they can dream up at the Mount Pleasant Library's Lego Free Play session. Set in the bright second-floor children's section, this open-ended program strips away instructions and rules, letting kids explore spatial reasoning, engineering, and collaborative play at their own pace.

What to Expect Massive piles of Lego bricks, zero pressure, and plenty of space to build towering castles, speedy cars, or abstract masterpieces. It's an ideal way for school-age children to socialize, problem-solve, and burn off a little creative energy on a Sunday afternoon.

Practical Info Running from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the second floor of the Mount Pleasant branch (599 Mt. Pleasant Road), this is a free, drop-in event with no registration needed. Afterward, you're just a short walk from the shops and eateries along Mount Pleasant Village.
