1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Thorncliffe
Who says math has to be boring? Performer Mikael Taieb is visiting the Thorncliffe Library with *Le spectacle de mathémagie / The Mathmagic Show*, a bilingual, high-energy performance designed to show kids that numbers and logic can be full of wonder.
Aimed specifically at children aged 6 to 12, the show uses the power of the brain, Rubik's cubes, comedy, and traditional magic tricks to demonstrate how accessible, artistic, and entertaining mathematics really are. It's an ideal afternoon outing for curious minds looking to see a familiar subject in an entirely new light.
Practical Information
The 30-minute show takes place at the Thorncliffe Library (48 Thorncliffe Park Drive) starting at 5:00 PM. Admission is completely free, making it a great, low-stress community activity for families in the east-end Thorncliffe neighbourhood.
