Lavender Sachet Embroidery Workshop

Tuesday, August 11, 2026
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Agincourt — Main Floor Program Room
Get crafty and pick up some new hand-sewing skills at the Agincourt Library. In this beginner-friendly workshop, participants will learn three different embroidery stitches while creating a charming lavender flower design on linen.
Once your stitching is complete, you will assemble and sew your embroidery into a small, aromatic sachet to take home. It's a relaxing way to spend an afternoon picking up a traditional craft, building confidence with needle and thread, and creating a lovely handmade keepsake. All materials are completely provided free of charge.
What to Expect
No prior embroidery experience is necessary—this session is designed to welcome beginners and hobbyists alike. All necessary materials, including linen, embroidery floss, needles, and dried lavender filling, will be supplied on-site.
