Curious about how 3D printers actually work? The Toronto Public Library's Digital Innovation Hubs are an incredible free resource for makers across the city, and the Albion branch is hosting an introductory session to help you get started.

Hands-On Learning This class features hands-on instruction using Prusa Slicer, the essential software used to prepare digital objects for printing on Prusa MK3S+ 3D printers. While TPL no longer requires a mandatory class to use their machines, this session is ideal for anyone looking to understand the slicing software and workflow before tackling their own independent projects.

Practical Info The workshop runs from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Albion Library Digital Innovation Hub (1515 Albion Road in Etobicoke). The event is free, but registration is required due to limited computer stations. Grab a coffee nearby in the Rexdale neighbourhood and come ready to design.
