Curious about how digital designs become physical objects? The Fairview Library's Digital Innovation Hub is hosting an introductory demo on 3D printing and the popular browser-based modeling tool, Tinkercad.
From Screen to Object
This session is tailored for teens and adults (ages 13+) who want to understand the full workflow of additive manufacturing. Attendees will watch a library technician design a project live using Tinkercad, learn how files are prepared, and see the equipment in action. It's an ideal starting point for anyone looking to make use of the city's public maker spaces.
Practical Details
The workshop runs from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairview branch (35 Fairview Mall Drive). Registration is required, and younger children attending must be accompanied by an adult.
