Led by Kate Boushel and the bar team behind the internationally acclaimed Atwater Cocktail Club—a regular fixture on North America’s 50 Best Bars—the two-night guest shift imports Montreal’s signature nightlife energy directly to downtown Toronto.

Two Rooms, Two Experiences The residency splits across two distinct bar programs inside the historic hotel:

• **Library Bar Takeover:** On night one, the team steps behind the counter at the hotel's storied Library Bar. Known for its plush velvet booths and high-end martini program, the room shifts into high gear with Atwater Cocktail Club’s boundary-pushing cocktail menu, featuring complex spirit combinations, house-made tinctures, and Montreal flair.
• **MONOGRAM Guest Feature:** On the companion evening, the residency heads to MONOGRAM, weaving a curated roster of Atwater’s signature drinks alongside MONOGRAM’s reinterpreted heritage cocktails.
