If you've been feeling the itch for change or are navigating a major life transition, this immersive experience might be exactly what you need. 'Goodbye To The People I Used To Be' is a four-hour workshop led by multi-disciplinary artist Erin Willett (Rage Flowers) that blends visualization, mirror work, and guided self-portraiture to help you find closure and alignment.
More Than Just Art
Don't worry about your artistic ability—this isn't about creating a masterpiece. As the organizers emphasize, there is no such thing as 'perfect' art. Instead, your mark-making serves as a portal for honest expression and deep self-discovery. The session is designed to be an intimate, communal space where you can acknowledge the parts of yourself you’ve outgrown and create intentional space for what’s next.
Meet the Facilitator
Erin Willett brings a wealth of experience to this session. Shaped by her upbringing in the Subarctic of Quebec and immersed in Naskapi and Innu cultures, her work is deeply rooted in themes of identity and belonging. As a co-founder of New Room, a consultancy focused on social transformation, she brings a unique blend of creative practice and design-thinking to this workshop.
