Emerging Creators Unit Showcase

Buddies in Bad Times Theatre is proud to present the Emerging Creators Unit (ECU) Showcase, a culmination of a season-long mentorship program for emerging queer and trans artists. This year, participants Dae Conrod, Tyler Cunningham, and Lili Robinson take the stage to share newly developed work that challenges, inspires, and explores the boundaries of artistic practice.

About the Showcase Facilitated by artist Amanda Cordner, the ECU is an artist-driven model designed to support motivated creators as they advance their craft. This showcase offers a rare glimpse into the creative processes of three distinct voices. From the Afrofuturist and Black feminist lens of Lili Robinson to the multi-disciplinary, abolitionist work of Dae Conrod and the experimental performance art of Tyler Cunningham, the evening promises to be a powerful exploration of identity and transformation.
