Dive In! Underwater Diorama Art Adventure Workshop with Soyeon Kim

Dive beneath the waves and let your creativity run wild at the Oakwood Village Library and Arts Centre. Led by acclaimed artist and book illustrator Soyeon Kim, this hands-on workshop invites young creators to design their very own miniature marine worlds.

Creating Layered Ocean Habitats Participants will learn the foundational techniques of diorama-making, exploring the rich biodiversity of real ocean habitats alongside fantastical aquatic creatures. Through drawing, colouring, cutting, and assembly, attendees will build multi-layered scenes that emphasize depth, texture, and storytelling.
