Custom Buttons and Magnets

Give old reading materials a brand new lease on life at the Palmerston Library's afternoon button and magnet making session. Using a hands-on button press machine, participants can upcycle vintage pages, colourful book illustrations, and magazines to craft custom pins and fridge magnets featuring their favourite characters or original designs.

This drop-in workshop is fantastic for kids and creative souls looking for a quick, satisfying DIY project. All tools and materials are provided free of charge.

Practical Details

The session runs in the program room at the Palmerston Library (560 Palmerston Avenue), tucked just west of the Annex. It is a completely free drop-in activity, perfect for an impromptu afternoon stop while exploring nearby Koreatown or the Harbord Village neighbourhood.
