For anyone looking to build confidence with digital communication, the Deer Park Library is hosting a focused introductory workshop designed specifically for older adults and beginners eager to master email basics.
What to Expect
Part of the library's ongoing digital literacy initiatives, 'Computers for Beginners 5' focuses entirely on Gmail. Participants will learn step-by-step how to securely sign into and out of an email account, as well as how to open, compose, and send messages. A comprehensive resource handout will be provided to take home so you can practice your new skills independently.
Getting There
Hosted in the main floor program room at 40 St. Clair Avenue East, this class is completely free to attend. Registration is required, so sign up via the Toronto Public Library website to reserve your workstation.
