Get your creative juices flowing in a welcoming, judgment-free space at the Parliament Street Library. Hosted in partnership with the Writers Collective of Canada (WCC), this community writing workshop invites writers of all backgrounds—from absolute beginners to seasoned wordsmiths—to explore the transformative power of storytelling.
What to Expect
Unlike traditional academic workshops focused on critique, the WCC model is built on mutual encouragement and deep listening. Participants will write together on-site, share first drafts in a safe environment, and receive positive, supportive feedback. All necessary materials are provided free of charge, so you just need to bring your imagination.
