High-octane international racquet sports take over the Financial District as the Canadian Women's Squash Open returns to Brookfield Place. Spectators can watch the world's top-ranked professional squash players battle it out inside a custom, state-of-the-art all-glass court set beneath the soaring, sunlit arches of Santiago Calatrava’s iconic Allen Lambert Galleria.

The Tournament

As a marquee stop on the PSA World Tour, the Canadian Women's Squash Open brings elite global competitors and top Canadian talent to downtown Toronto. Running concurrently with the SmartCentres Canada Cup men's event, the six-day competition features intense, lightning-fast rallies in an intimate spectator environment where fans are positioned mere feet from the glass.

Match play begins Sunday, October 25 with early-round fixtures, building toward the quarter-finals on Wednesday, semi-finals on Thursday, and the championship finals on Friday evening, October 30. Expect appearances by top-ranked global contenders alongside prominent Canadian national team stars like Hollie Naughton.

The Setting & Spectator Experience

Few sporting events in the city can match the visual appeal of professional squash staged within the Allen Lambert Galleria. The dramatic vaulted ceiling and open concourse allow both ticketed spectators and passing commuters to catch the relentless athletic speed of squash at its highest level.

Getting There & Area Plans

Brookfield Place is located at 181 Bay Street, directly connected to Union Station via the underground PATH network. It is steps from TTC subway lines, GO Transit trains, and UP Express.

Take advantage of the extensive dining options within Brookfield Place and the surrounding Financial District, including the lower-level Food Hall and classic spots like Canoe or Biff's Bistro nearby for post-match drinks and dinner.
