Breathtaking Gardens presented by Soul Expansion

Escape the city's hustle without leaving the downtown core. Breathtaking Gardens, presented by Soul Expansion, is a weekly Sunday morning series that transforms the historic grounds of Casa Loma into a sanctuary for breath, sound, and connection.

The Experience Led by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, these sessions are designed to help you reset for the week ahead. The experience blends guided breathwork, meditation, and live music, creating a gentle soundscape meant to calm the nervous system. This particular session features a special guest appearance by Nino from Othership, adding an extra layer of expertise to the breathwork practice.

How to Attend Sessions run from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with doors opening at 8:15 AM. Entry is through the East Gate in the East Parking Lot. While the experience takes place in the gardens, please note that general admission to tour the interior of the castle is not included. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just looking for a peaceful way to start your Sunday, this is a beautiful way to experience one of Toronto's most iconic landmarks in a quiet, intentional way.
