Breathtaking Gardens presented by Soul Expansion

Every Sunday morning from June 7th to August 30th, the gardens of Casa Loma transform into a sanctuary for 'Breathtaking Gardens,' an immersive experience presented by Soul Expansion.

The Experience Guided by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, each session combines layered instrumentation, intentional frequencies, and breathwork to help you calm your mind and reset for the week ahead. It’s a unique way to experience the historic grounds of Casa Loma in a peaceful, morning setting.

What to Know Doors open at 8:15 AM, with the session starting at 9:00 AM. Each morning includes a collaborative class with a wellness leader (think yoga or pilates) followed by the Soul Expansion soundscape. Entrance is through the East Gate. Note that this ticket does not include a tour of the interior of the castle, but it does offer a perfect excuse to enjoy the terrace and socialize afterward. Tickets range from $64 to $93.
