Join the Soul Expansion community for the final session of their 'Breathtaking Gardens' series at Casa Loma. This immersive morning experience combines breathwork, meditation, and live soundscapes to help you reset and reconnect before the busy week ahead.

The Experience Guided by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, the session takes place in the historic castle's gardens. You'll start with a collaborative class led by a wellness community leader—perfect for stretching and waking up the body—before diving into a deep, 30-minute breathwork journey accompanied by gentle music. It’s a rare chance to find stillness in the heart of the city.

Practical Info This event takes place on Sunday morning, August 30th. Doors open at 8:45 AM, and the session kicks off promptly at 9:00 AM. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, as they are not provided. Entrance is through the East Gate in the East Parking Lot. While this ticket doesn't include a tour of the castle interior, it’s a beautiful way to enjoy the grounds and the castle's architecture from a different perspective. Stick around after the session to socialize on the terrace.
