What to Expect Your evening kicks off with a welcome cocktail upon arrival, followed by a concise lesson on cocktail history and the practical mechanics of building a balanced, shelf-stable recipe. With access to over 50 different combinations of spirits, bitters, and liqueurs, you'll formulate your signature drink, test it out, and then bottle it up.

Take Home the Goods Each participant leaves with their own professional 12 oz wax-sealed bottled cocktail complete with a custom label you design yourself. All professional bar tools are provided on-site, and no prior mixing experience is necessary. Spots are heavily limited to keep classes intimate, so booking ahead is essential.
