Looking to keep your bones strong and healthy as you age? Head over to the Woodside Square Library in Scarborough for Bone Health 101, an informative session presented by Osteoporosis Canada.

Did you know that at least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will experience an osteoporosis-related fracture in their lifetime? This free workshop provides a comprehensive overview of what osteoporosis is, the key risk factors to watch out for, and how proper nutrition and physical activity can build and maintain bone density. Attendees will also learn crucial fall-prevention strategies and discover available community resources for anyone at risk.

Located inside Woodside Square at Sandhurst Circle and Finch Avenue East, the library is easily accessible by TTC bus from Scarborough Town Centre. Drop by for an afternoon of valuable health insights, and perhaps grab a bite or do some shopping at the mall before or after the session.
