Biff's Bistro Wine Dinner: Loire Valley

On Sunday, September 20, wine lovers can head downtown to Biff’s Bistro for an immersive culinary journey through France’s Loire Valley. With reservations available from 4 PM to 8 PM, the evening features an exceptional five-course menu meticulously crafted by Chef Trenton Pajuluoma.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with four distinct wines that showcase the region’s celebrated styles and diverse terroirs, ranging from crisp whites to elegant reds. Throughout the dinner, the knowledgeable Biff's team will share stories about the Loire Valley’s rich winemaking heritage and distinctive appellations. Optional tasting notes will also be provided for guests eager to dive deeper into the nuances of each pour.

Tickets are priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), and advanced reservations are strictly required as seating is limited.
