Weston’s Raymore Park is becoming a canvas for community connection. *We Must Love and Support One Another* is a new public art project that invites you to help shape a 200-foot text-based installation that will grace the park's fence.
Join the Workshops
Throughout three weekends in June, the project is hosting drop-in workshops right in the park. Whether you're a local resident, a regular walker, or just passing through, you’re invited to paint signs responding to prompts about what you love about the neighbourhood and the Humber River. It’s a low-pressure, creative way to meet your neighbours and contribute to a permanent piece of local history.
The Final Installation
After the workshops, one message will be selected to be transcribed and installed along the fence, remaining on view from mid-summer 2026 until mid-winter 2027. It’s a beautiful example of collective authorship and radical optimism. Come out, grab a brush, and leave your mark on the community.
