Adobe Design Camp: Photo, Illustration and Video Editing (August 24th-27th)

Monday, August 24, 2026 – Thursday, August 27, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Agincourt — Learning Centre
Give your young creator a head start in digital arts with this immersive, four-day Adobe Design Camp at the Agincourt Library in Scarborough. Tailored for kids ages 8 to 12, this hands-on workshop introduces participants to the industry-standard software used by professionals worldwide.
Over four consecutive mornings, students will transition from photography editing to character animation and video production, turning their imaginations into polished digital projects.
Camp Curriculum - **Day 1 (Photoshop):** Master the fundamentals of digital photo editing, manipulation, and graphic creation. - **Day 2 (Character Animator):** Bring hand-drawn creations to life using real-time motion and voice tracking. - **Day 3 (Illustrator):** Dive into vector design, utilizing shape builders and tools to construct custom characters. - **Day 4 (Premiere Pro):** Combine assets, cut clips, and add sound to produce a finished video project.
**Important Note:** This is a cumulative program. Because each session builds directly on the previous day's skills, participants must commit to attending all four days (Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM). Space is strictly limited, and registration opens on August 10th.
